You are primarily responsible for on-site installation of products, including configuration, demonstration, testing and training. Post-installation technical support, warranty and post-warranty service, repair and maintenance.
You will also provide end-user feedback and issues to appropriate personnel, create and maintain technical diagnostics and troubleshoot products.

You have successfully completed technical training or equivalent
work experience
You have several years of experience in technical work with AV products or in the AV industry. Experience with LED products is preferred Knowledge of AV products is essential. Possibly you have an electrical, technical or similar background.
