Since 1994, our recruiting agency has been serving the electronic media sector, and focuses on the specialized placement of suitable personnel in the following areas: PRO-Audio, sound systems, beamers, electronic media technique in terms of video- and conferencing systems, CCTV, event technology (rental), broadband, and broadcast.

In addition, AudioVideoJobs offers corporate clients support in their search for joint venture possibilities; as well as locating for owners of companies, suitable and solvent investors who are interested in a partial, or a complete take-over of the client’s company.

On Behalf of an Employer

We begin searching for suitable candidates only after having received from the prospective employer a detailed job description together with a detailed description of the future employee’s work space and the company he is to work for.

Qualified candidates are located by means of their anonymous job applications in the job vacancy section of our free website, as well as on the websites of other placement agencies; when needed, we also refer to various trade journals.

We also have accumulated a list of potential job candidates in our placement archives. We contact these people directly.

Before we send the job applications on to our corporate clients, we have conducted an in depth interview with the applicant concerning the vocational demands expected of him/her and are satisfied that the experience and knowledge of the candidate satisfy the prerequisites of the job to be filled. In the interview, questions regarding CV, period of notice, the candidate’s willingness to relocate and salary expectations are discussed.

If our employer-client so wishes, we will include up-to-date references and/or submit adequate contact data to aid in the decision-making.

Our fee is charged only after successful mediation!
