Firmen- & Personal-Profil was established in 1987 as a job agency focused on the electronic media sector. In 1994, after taking some legal German Government hurdles, we further specialized in employee mediation in the following areas: professional audio/video, rental, and broadcast.

Employers can request a search for the appropriate employee. We are able to conduct this search after having obtained a detailed prospective employee profile to match with the job description. We have an extensive listing of qualified applicants that have been acquired by applying with us directly or through their interaction with us at our Internet home page.

We also help individuals in their active search for employment. We conduct a thorough interview with the prospective employee. Areas covered concern their skills, technical knowledge, and their career goals and ambitions. With this information, we put together an accurate résumé that we circulate to our client list of employers.
